Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the media services provided by Easy Day Media Group LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Easy Day Media Group LLC will provide media services as outlined in a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW will detail specific deliverables, project timelines, and performance indicators. Any services outside the scope of the SOW will require a separate agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are detailed in the SOW. Typically, services are billed on a recurring monthly retainer, payable in advance. Ad spend budgets are separate from our management fees and are payable directly to the advertising platforms by the client. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary resources, including personnel, data, and digital platforms required for Easy Day Media Group LLC to perform its services. The client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and for approving creative materials and strategies in a timely manner to adhere to project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for the services, the client shall own all final deliverables, such as custom ad creatives and content. However, Easy Day Media Group LLC retains ownership of all its proprietary strategies, processes, tools, and pre-existing materials used in the provision of services.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

While Easy Day Media Group LLC strives to provide the highest quality of service, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The media landscape is dynamic, and performance is subject to factors beyond our direct control. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice, as specified in the SOW (typically 30 days). The client remains liable for all fees accrued up to the effective termination date. Upon termination, Easy Day Media Group LLC will facilitate the transfer of any client-owned assets under its control.
